中国式数字金融法治现代化是中国式法治现代化的前端范畴与创新阵地,应当遵循中国式法治现代化的根本逻辑与基础路径。中国式数字金融法治现代化关涉数字金融产业的核心趋向与前沿领域,应当遵循以“理念—规则—实施—职业—评价”结构化展开的“五大”主体格局和特色体系,实现中国式数字金融法治理念的现代化、规则的现代化、实施的现代化、职业的现代化和评价的现代化。中国式数字金融法治现代化应坚持以习近平法治思想为法理根基,建立健全中国特色社会主义数字金融法治规范体系,实现中国式数字金融法治实施的全过程现代化,积极推进中国式数字金融法治队伍建设,创新探索中国式数字金融法治效能评价机制的多元路向。

The Chinese modernization in digital finance rule of law is the frontier of innovation for the Chinese modernization of the rule of law,therefore,it follows the basic logic of the Chinese modernization of the rule of law.The Chinese modernization of digital finance rule of law is related to the core trends and frontier fields of the digital finance industry.Consequently,it is necessary to follow the“five-sphere integrated”subject pattern and characteristic system including“concept,rule,implementation,profession and evaluation”to achieve the Chinese modernization of the concept,rule,implementation,profession and evaluation in digital finance rule of law.It should adhere to Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law as the legal foundation,establish the sys⁃tem of socialist digital finance rule of law with Chinese characteristics,achieve the modernization of the entire implementation process of the digital finance rule of law,promote the construction of legal professional commu⁃nity for digital finance rule of law,and explore the evaluation mechanism with Chinese characteristics for the effectiveness of digital finance rule of law.
