This year,international oil prices have continued the upward trend of last year.The Brent and WTI futures prices,two international crude oil price benchmarks,reached USD139.13/barrel and USD 130.5/barrel respectively in March,hitting new highs since the US subprime mortgage crisis in2008 and remaining at a high level of above USD 100/barrel.
