产品缺陷成因分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasures for the Causes of Product Defect

本文从产品缺陷基本概念入手,分析了产品缺陷的两种形态,探讨了产品缺陷的构成要素,介绍了中外缺陷产品召回管理制度。通过统计近年来国内外产品召回数据,客观分析了当前我国缺陷产品的现状。以产品生产过程和阶段为切入点,归纳分析三方面导致产品出现缺陷的原因,针对现阶段我国企业产品质量安全的不足,提出四个方面避免和消除缺陷的对策。为开展缺陷产品研究,强化产品安全、消除产品缺陷提供一定的参考。

Starting with the basic concept of product defect,this article analyzed and discussed the two forms and the constituent elements of product defect,and introduced the defective product recall management system at home and abroad.Based on the recent statistics of both domestic and abroad product recall,this article objectively analyzed the current situation of defective products in China.Taking the process and stages of production as the starting point,this article summarized and analyzed the causes for product defects in three aspects,and proposed four ways to avoid and eliminate defects under current situations where Chinese companies lack product quality and safety.Moreover,this article provided insights on carrying out research on defective products,strengthening product safety,and eliminating product defects.
