摘要
以终身学习的视角,探讨在线学习持续使用意愿的影响因素,以期促进在线教育的健康和可持续发展。基于MOA理论框架构建了在线学习持续使用意愿影响因素模型,通过问卷调研获取382份有效样本,采用结构方程模型分析验证用户持续使用在线教育意愿的影响因素和作用路径。结果表明,对在线学习持续使用意愿影响最大的是能力,然后是动机,最后是机会。动机因素中的兴趣爱好,机会因素中的课程质量、感知成本、社会影响,以及能力因素中学习者的自我效能和元认知对学习者的在线学习持续意愿都有显著影响,知识需求、成就获得、平台质量、互动质量则对持续使用意愿的影响不显著。最后从提升元认知、增强自我效能感、建设课程资源、发挥群体效应等方面给出了相应的建议。
Under the background of lifelong learning, this article explores influencing factors of the willingness to continue using online learning in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of online education. Based on(MOA theoretical framework, influencing factor model of the willingness to continue using online learning are constructed. Structural equation model is used to analyze and verify the influencing factors and action paths of learners’ willingness with 382 valid samples obtained through questionnaire survey. Results show that the learners’ online learning ability has the greatest impact on the willingness to continue using online learning,followed by motivation and opportunity. Interests and hobbies in motivation factors, course quality, perceived cost, social influence in opportunity factors, and learners’ self-efficacy and metacognition in ability factors all have significant impacts on learners’ willingness to continue using online learning, while knowledge needs, achievement acquisition, platform quality, and interaction quality Show insignificant influence. Corresponding suggestions from the aspects of improving metacognition, enhancing self-efficacy, building curriculum resources, exerting group effect are given.
