新疆和田地区节水供水潜力分析

摘要 立足和田实际,着眼于经济社会发展更高质量、更可持续、更为安全,以水资源供水安全支撑经济社会高质量发展,本文在分析和田地区水资源及开发利用现状的基础上,研究提出了和田地区新增水资源开发利用水量建议。研究表明,在统筹做好“节水、蓄水、调水、管水”工作的基础上,和田地区可新增的供水潜力为7.0亿m^(3),其中地表水的供水潜力为5.4亿m^(3),地下水的供水潜力为1.6亿m^(3)。 Based on the reality of Hotan region and aiming for higher quality,sustainability,and safety in economic and social development,with water resources and water safety supporting economic and social development,this paper proposes suggestions on the amount of additional water resources development and utilization in Hotan region,based on the analysis of the current situation of water resources development and utilization in Hotan region.The research shows that with the comprehensive implementation of water-saving,water storage,water allocation,and water management,the newly added water supply poential of Hotan area is 700 million m^(3),of which surface water supply potential is 540 million m^(3) and groundwater water supply potential is 160 million m^(3).
