动车组并联辅助变流器组网控制策略研究

摘要 辅助变流器是动车组的重要部件,为整车的交流负载供电。其中,牵引系统冷却风机、空调等是十分重要的负载代表,或与动车组的安全性相关,或与乘客舒适度密切相连,因此辅助变流器的供电可靠性十分重要。冗余是保障供电可靠性的有效措施,主流的动车组都采用了并联冗余方案。当辅助变流器采用并联冗余方案时,需先完成各个辅助变流器并联组网,而后才能为负载供电,即组网控制策略,是辅助变流器并联冗余方案可靠工作的前提。文章针对并联组网控制问题,分析了动车组辅助变流器的组网控制方式以及存在的问题,提出了一种新型同步软启动组网控制策略,首先从理论角度详细分析了控制策略的原理,然后分别通过MATLAB仿真和试验验证了控制策略在各种组网工况下的有效性和可靠性。最终说明提出的组网控制策略解决了输出电压幅值软启动过程中的并联组网难题,实现了辅助变流器并联在网络正常工况和紧急牵引工况下均可快速可靠完成组网,相对于一般组网控制逻辑,组网时间可至少缩短50%。 The auxiliary converter is an important component of EMUs,supplying power to the AC load of the whole vehicle.Among them,cooling fan and air conditioner of traction system are very important load representatives,either related to the safety of EMU or closely connected to passenger comfort,thus the power supply reliability of auxiliary converter is very important.Redundancy is an effective measure to guarantee the reliability of power supply,and is adopted as a parallel redundancy scheme by the mainstream EMUs.When the auxiliary converters adopt parallel redundancy scheme,it is necessary to complete the parallel networking of each auxiliary converter before supplying power to the load.Therefore,the network control strategy is a prerequisite for the reliable operation of the parallel redundancy scheme of auxiliary converters.To address the control problem of parallel networking,the paper analyzes the networking control methods and problems of EMU auxiliary converters and proposes a new synchronous soft-start networking control strategy.The paper firstly analyzes the principle of the control strategy in detail from the theoretical point of view,and then verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the control strategy under various networking conditions through MATLAB simulation and test respectively.The proposed network control strategy solves the parallel networking problem in the process of soft start of output voltage amplitude,and verifies that the parallel connection of auxiliaryconverters can complete the network quickly and reliably under both normal network conditions and emergencytraction conditions,and the networking time can be reduced by at least 50% compared with the generalnetwork control logic.
