Design of Middle Handrail in Passenger Compartment of Subway Vehicles

客室中扶手是地铁车辆内装的重要组成部分,在车辆启动和制动过程中,客室中扶手会受到乘客较大的抓握力和冲击力,其设置的合理性和安全性直接关系到乘客的乘坐安全。因此,地铁车辆内装中扶手的设计应在符合人机工程学要求的基础上,保证乘客使用的安全性、手握的舒适性和普遍适用性。文章根据国内某项目地铁车辆客室中扶手设计,介绍了客室中扶手的设计原则、选材特点、组成、安装结构等,并结合乘客的站姿人体尺寸,提出了中扶手的设计高度建议,为后续地铁车辆中扶手的设计提供了一定的依据。

The middle handrail in the passenger compartment is an important part of the subway vehicle.In the process of starting and braking the vehicle,the middle handrail in the passenger compartment will be subject to the passenger′s larger grip and impact,so the reasonableness and safety of its setting is directly related to passenger safety.Therefore,the design of the middle handrail in the vehicle interior should,on the basis of meeting the ergonomic requirements,ensure the safety of passengers,hand grip comfort and universal applicability.According to the design of the middle handrail in the passenger compartment of a subway vehicle project in China,this paper introduces the design principles,material selection characteristics,composition,installation structure of middle handrails in passenger compartments,and proposes the design height of middle handrails in combination with the standing human body size of passengers,which provides a certain basis for the design of middle handrails in subsequent subway vehicles.
