动车组出入库检测系统提速检测应用研究

摘要 动车组出入库检测系统(TDDS)作为动车组一级修关键设备,按照既有技术条件,系统的检测速度为8~12 km/h,制约了动车运用所的检修能力。文章在分析TDDS系统现状及发展趋势的基础上,梳理了提高该系统检测速度的核心关键点,并对TDDS系统各模块进行了升级改造,可将TDDS系统的检测速度提升至30 km/h,从而大大提高了动车运用所动车组的机检能力,解决了动车运用所动走线通过能力瓶颈问题,并能有效防控轨边设备脱落风险,满足动车运用所近远期增加配属动车组机检作业需求。 TDDS system is the key equipment for the first-class repair of EMUs,but the detection speed of the system according to the existing technical conditions is 8~12km/h,which restricts the maintenance ability of EMU operators.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and development trend of TDDS system,this paper composes the core key points to improve the detection speed of this system and upgrades the modules of TDDS system.The detection speed of the TDDS system is increased to 30km/h,which greatly improves the inspection capacity of EMUs,solves the bottleneck problem of the passing capacity of EMUs in lines,effectively prevents and controls the risk of railside equipment falling off,and meets the demand for additional EMU mechanical inspection operations in the near and long term.
