吸音棉在园林机械中的降噪应用

Application of sound-absorbing cotton in noise reduction of garden machinery

摘要 以绿篱机为研究对象,对其噪声问题调研分析之后,发现绿篱机的高频噪声可以通过加装吸声棉的方式降低。在LMS Virtual.Lab软件上进行仿真实验,实验之后,加装了吸音棉的电动绿篱机噪音比未加装吸音棉的电动绿篱机降低了45.75 dB。为降低绿篱机噪音水平提供了参考,保护了园林工作者的身心健康。 Taking the hedge machine as the research object,after investigating and analyzing its noise problem,it is found that the highfrequency noise of the hedge machine can be reduced by adding sound-absorbing cotton.Simulation experiments are carried out on LMS Virtual.Lab software.After the simulation experiment,the noise of the electric hedge machine equipped with sound-absorbing cotton is 45.75 dB,lower than that of the electric hedge machine without sound-absorbing cotton.It provides reference for reducing the noise level of hedgerows and protects the physical and mental health of garden workers.
