线粒体ATP合酶抑制因子1在肿瘤中作用的研究进展

摘要 线粒体ATP合酶抑制因子1(IF1)是ATP合酶的生理性抑制因子,可与ATP合酶结合,改变线粒体的多个功能指标,如ATP水平、线粒体膜电位、线粒体活性氧(ROS)等。多年来不断有研究发现IF1在肿瘤组织中高表达,并参与肿瘤的形成、进展及转移过程。目前的主要作用包括抑制ATP合酶活性;激活ROS介导的增殖反应;改善线粒体嵴结构及抑制细胞凋亡。同时IF1的表达与肿瘤的预后相关。文章就IF1在肿瘤的作用机制以及与线粒体ATP合酶、mtROS、线粒体结构的关系进行系统综述,希望能为治疗肿瘤提出新的突破口。 Mitochondrial ATP synthase inhibitory factor 1(IF1)is a physiological inhibitor of ATP synthase,which can bind to ATP synthase and change multiple functional indicators of mitochondria,such as ATP level,mitochondrial membrane potential,mitochondrial activity Oxygen(ROS)etc.Over the years,studies have found that IF1 is highly expressed in tumor tissue and is involved in the formation,progression and metastasis of tumors.The current main roles of IF1 in tumors include inhibiting ATP synthase activity,activating ROS mediated proliferative responses,improving mitochondrial cristae structure and inhibiting apoptosis.At the same time,the expression of IF1 is associated with tumor prognosis.This article systematically reviews the mechanism of IF1 in tumors and its relationship with mitochondrial ATP synthase,mtROS and mitochondrial structure,hoping to provide a new breakthrough for the treatment of tumors.
