基于本土资源转型升级的科技城城市设计——以赣南未来科技城为例

The High-tech Town Design based on Indigenous Resources Transformation and Upgrading-Exampled by Gannan Future High-tech Town

随着一系列科技与创新扶持政策的出台,作为引领城市产业及空间转型的催化剂,科技城设计与开发如雨后春笋般涌现,但过快的建设也导致许多问题。文章首先通过不同资源类型实现转型升级的科技城案例研究,总结资源型科技城转型升级的积极策略;然后,以赣南未来科技城城市设计为例,以创新型“1+4+3”产业体系为切入点,阐述“多彩维他命”的设计策略及四大主题战略,为资源型科技城建设提供参考;最后,反思当代资源型城市发展瓶颈,指出基于资源整合的“科技+”模式,如“文化+科技”“生态+科技”“产业+科技”等发展策略是有效解决路径。

As a series of policies supporting technology and innovation have been issued,the design and development activities of hightech town as the catalyst for leading urban industrial and space transformation are booming up,but the hasty construction has resulted in a lot of problems.At first this paper makes study into cases of high-tech town using various resources to get transformation and upgrading,and concludes the positive strategies for resource-based high-tech towns’transformation and upgrading.Then the urban design of Gannan Future High-tech Town is taken as an example,the innovative“1+4+3”industrial system as the entry point,for the demonstration of“colorful vitamins”design strategy and four thematic strategies,providing reference for the resource-based high-tech town construction.At last,the focus moves to the reflection upon the bottleneck of contemporary resource-based urban development,pointing out that an effective approach is to be based on resource integrating“technology+”model,such as the development strategies of“technology+culture”,“technology+ecology”,“technology+industry”.
