装配式建筑预制楼板设计智能化应用技术探索

摘要 装配式建筑是实现建筑产业现代化的有效途径,随着装配式建筑新开工面积屡创新高,传统的建筑设计技术水平已经不能满足建筑产业化快速发展的要求。文章针对现阶段预制楼板智能化设计技术开发中面临的主要问题,提出统筹规划、一体化设计思路,力求通过智能技术结合设计平台的二次开发,解决装配式建筑设计效率低、门槛高等实际问题;同时,兼顾构件的标准化,从建筑设计前期到深化设计阶段,对其进行全面约束,从而实现设计的高效、准确、标准化程度高、节约建筑材料的目标。 Prefabricated building is an effective approach to obtain the modernization of construction industry.As the new construction area of prefabricated buildings has reached a new high,the traditional technology for building design has failed to meet the rapid development requirements of building industrialization.This paper proposes an overall planning idea and integrated design thought to cope with the major problems encountered in the intelligent design and technical development of precast floor slabs of current stage,trying to make use of the intelligent technology and the secondary development of design platform to solve the problems such as low design efficiency of prefabricated buildings and hard-to-pass threshold.At the same time,the standardization of components is taken into account,and an overall constraint is imposed upon the process from early stage of building design to thorough design,and thus to achieve the goals of efficient and accurate design,high degree of standardization and saving of building materials.
