突发性公共事件下的应急物流研究综述

A Review of Emergency Logistics Research under Sudden Public Events

应急物流是应急响应工作的重要组成部分,是确保救援活动能有效开展的基础。本文对近年来国内外应急物流相关文献进行研究,总结出应急物流的两个主要研究方向为应急物资供应优化(包括物资配送路径选择、物资储备决策和应急物流设施选址)与应急物流体系优化。同时分析近几年的研究现状,最后对未来的研究方向进行展望。

Emergency logistics is an important part of emergency response and the basis for ensuring that rescue activities can be carried out effectively.In this paper,the authors study the literature related to emergency logistics at home and abroad in recent years,and conclude that the two main research directions of emergency logistics are emergency material supply optimization(including material distribution path selection,material reserve decision and emergency logistics facility site selection)and emergency logistics system optimization.At the same time,the research status in recent years is analyzed,and finally the future research directions are prospected.
