高校应对“数智经济”时代会计工作转型和人才需求变化的对策

在对“数智经济”时代会计职能转变及会计转型现状进行全面调查分析的基础上,总结当前高校会计学专业人才培养存在的问题,并从人才培养顶层设计、“双师型”教师队伍建设、校企合作机制建立以及“三全育人”等角度提出应对措施。
