摘要
采用E40/E39灯头的大功率球泡灯产品,防水防尘IP等级相对较低。大功率球泡灯的散热底座采用鳍片式铝板冲压成型,或铝压铸成型,相对而言,铝压铸式底座整体性较强,更容易提升IP等级。实验中,大功率球泡灯的散热底座采用一体压铸成型底座,向下出光面采用PC透镜加硅胶圈来提升IP等级,上侧电源仓采用PC材质,并用硅胶圈来提升IP性能。实验结果表明,通过合理的结构设计,大功率球泡灯防水防尘等级达到IP65级,产品质量稳定,成功率高,可达到户外使用条件,满足预期效果。
Generally on the market,high-power bulb products using E40/E39 lamp caps have relatively low waterproof and dustproof IP levels.Some of the cooling bases of high-power bulb are made of aluminum plate stamping and some are made of aluminum die casting.Relatively speaking,aluminum die casting base has strong integrity and is easier to improve IP levels.In this research scheme,the cooling base of the high-power bulb is made of an integrated die-casting base.The downward outgoing surface is made of PC lens and silica gel ring to improve the IP level.The upper power compartment is made of PC material and the silica gel ring is used to improve the IP performance.The test results show that through reasonable structural design,the waterproof and dustproof grade of the high-power bulb can reach IP65,the product quality is stable,the success rate is high,achieve the conditions for outdoor use,and meet the expected effect.
