我国高等教育产教融合协同育人长效机制构建——基于三螺旋理论的视角

Construction of a Long-Term Mechanism for the Integration of Production-Education in Higher Education in China--From the Perspective of Triple Helix Theory

构建产教融合协同育人长效机制,对于突破影响产教融合的体制机制障碍,推进产教融合的进一步落实和深化具有重要现实意义。当前影响我国产教深度融合的因素包括政府、高校、企业等多方因素,其中政府方面原因包括政策体系不完善、统筹规划不够、缺乏信息服务平台等;高校方面的原因包括办学定位模糊、资源平台缺乏、师资力量薄弱等;企业方面原因包括注重短期利益、缺乏主动意识和问题意识。基于三螺旋理论的产教融合长效机制构建包括政、校、企三螺旋主体各司其职,也包括三螺旋主体政策制定过程的交互与融合、教育过程的交互与融合、运营过程的交互与融合,最终实现产教持续合作与深度融合。

It is of great practical significance to construct a long-tenn mechanism of industry-education integration and collaborative education for breaking through the institutional and mechanism obstacles affecting industry-education integration and promoting the further implementation and deepening of industry-education integration.At present,the factors affecting the deep integration of domestic education include the government,universities,enterprises and other factors.The government factors affecting the deep integration of domestic education include imperfect policy system,insufficient overall planning,lack of information service platform,etc.The reasons of colleges include fuzzy orientation of running schools,insufficient resource platfbnn,insufficient teachers,level,etc.The reasons for enterprises include focusing on short-term interests,lack of initiative and problem awareness.The construction of the long-term mechanism of industry-education integration based on the triple helix theory includes the three helix subjects of government,school and enterprise playing their respective roles,as well as the interaction and integration of the policy making process,education process and operation process of the three helix subjects,and finally realizes the continuous cooperation and deep integration of industry and education.
