我国金融科技人才需求与培养研究

Research on the Demand and Training of Financial Technology Talents in China

随着金融行业的数字化、智能化转型,新技术深入交叉、深度应用的趋势进一步明显。国内外金融科技在不断创新发展的背景下,注入更多“金融知识专业型+科学技术类”的复合型人才以支持行业转型升级成为必然。为了更加深刻、准确地刻画金融科技人才画像,进而有针对性地进行人才培养,采用参考相关调研报告成果与实地走访调查相结合的方法,在总结金融科技产业发展现状的基础上,对人才需求的数量、能力、岗位等方面进行统计分析,进而对高校在人才培养定位、师资队伍建设、实践教学条件等方面的优化提出建议。

With the digital and intelligent transformation of the financial industry,the trend of new technologies' in-depth cross cutting and deep application is further evident.Under the background of continuous innovation and development of financial science and technology at home and abroad,it is inevitable to cultivate more "professional financial knowledge + science and technology" compound talents to support the transformation and upgrading of the industry.In order to more deeply and accurately portray the portrait of financial technology talents,and then carry out targeted talent training,this paper adopts the method of combining the research results of relevant research reports with field visits and surveys,and on the basis of summarizing the current situation of financial technology development,carries out statistical analysis on the number,ability,posts and other aspects of talent demand,and then puts forward suggestions on the optimization of the positioning of talent training,the construction of teaching staff and practical teaching conditions.
