渤海油田过筛管压裂井支撑剂与地层砂产出控制实验研究

Evaluation Experiment of Proppant and Formation Sand Production Control Mode for Screened Fracturing Wells in Bohai Oilfield

摘要 渤海油田过筛管压裂井投产后出砂严重,制约了油井的高效生产。针对提出的射孔段膨胀筛管防砂、射孔段薄壁管补贴防砂、独立小筛管砾石充填防砂等3种出砂控制技术开展了出砂控制评价模拟实验,对比分析了其挡砂性能及流通性能。实验结果表明,3种出砂控制技术都具备良好的挡砂性能,但射孔段薄壁补贴防砂技术加剧了井底流体的流动阻力。针对产能低、生产压差较高、出砂不严重的油井,建议采用射孔段膨胀筛管防砂技术,充分利用膨胀筛管高流通性的特点。针对产能高、出砂严重的油井,建议采用独立小筛管砾石充填防砂技术,既能有效挡砂,又可降低从射孔孔眼高速产出的携砂流体对井底管柱的冲蚀破坏风险。 Sand production of screened fracturing wells in Bohai Oilfield is serious after being put into production,which restricts the efficient production of oil wells.In view of the three sand production control technologies proposed,namely,sand control with expanded screen in perforated section,sand control with thin wall pipe at perforated end,and sand control with gravel packing with independent small screen,a simulation experiment for sand production control evaluation of perforated tube fracturing wells is carried out,and the sand retaining performance and circulation performance of the three technologies are compared and analyzed.The results show that the three technologies have good sand retention performance,but the thin-walled patch pipe significantly increases the flow resistance at the bottom of the hole.For oil wells with low productivity,high production pressure differential and low sand production,it is recommended to adopt the sand control technology of perforated section expansion screen pipe,and make full use of the high flow performance characteristics of expansion screen pipe.For oil wells with high productivity and serious sand production,it is recommended to use independent screen gravel packing for sand control.It can not only effectively block sand,but also reduce the risk of erosion damage to the bottom-hole string caused by the sand-carrying fluid produced at high speed from the perforating hole.
