基于“四新”建设的工科人才培养多元融合策略与实践——以盐城工学院轻化工程专业为例

摘要 在当前高校积极响应并布局“四新”建设背景下,契合染整产业链转型升级,轻化工程专业围绕“科技、时尚、绿色”的行业发展宗旨,以“育人为本,知识、能力和素质协调发展”的教育思想为指导,构建了以OBE产出为导向,“思教、科教、创教、产教”多元融合的轻化工程专业人才培养体系,从而为培养符合印染产业发展需要的创新应用型人才提供了可行的途径和方法。 Under the background of positively responding to the layout of"Four New"engineering construction for different universities in China,and according with the transformation and upgrading of dyeing and finishing industry chain,the light chemical engineering major focuses on the industrial development targets of"science and technology,fashion,and green"to establish the talent cultivation system of light chemical engineering major combined with integration of ideological education,scientific education,innovative education and productive education,based on OBE output orientation and taking the educational ideology of"giving top priority to cultivating the integrity of students,coordinately developing knowledge,capability and quality".It is expected to provide the feasible paths and methods for the cultivation of innovative and applied talents conforming to the demand of printing and dyeing industrial development.
