摘要 冲击波压力测试在弹药试验和武器威力评估中发挥着重要的作用。爆炸试验的冲击波测试作为一种瞬态信号测试,对测试系统的动态性能和可靠性有很高的要求。本文在现有冲击波压力测试系统的基础上,研究了一种基于压电薄膜的一体式冲击波测试系统。将高频率响应的PVDF薄膜与电路结构进行一体化设计,完成信号感知、信号调理和信号采集存储,通过上位机读取存储数据并分析,可降低成本、减小体积、提高测试可靠性。对一体式测试系统进行了激波管标定实验及小型爆炸模拟试验,结果表明,测试系统具有上升时间8μs的动态性能,可实现分辨率12 bit下1 Msps的信号采样,总存储容量达1 MB,测试系统可初步用于爆炸场冲击波压力测试。 Shockwave pressure measurement plays an important role in ammunition experiment and weapon power evaluation.As a transient signal measurement,shockwave measurement of explosion test has a high demand on dynamic performance and reliability of test system.Based on the existing shockwave pressure measurement system,an integrated shockwave measurement system based on piezoelectric film was studied.The measurement system integrated the PVDF film with high frequency response and the circuit structure into an integrated design to complete signal sensing,signal conditioning,signal acquisition and storage,read and analyze the stored data through the PC upper computer,which can reduce costs,reduce volume,and improve measurement reliability.Shock tube calibration experiment and small explosion simulation experiment were carried out on the integrated test system.The results show that the measurement system has a dynamic performance with a rise time of 8μs,which can achieve signal sampling of 1Msps at a resolution of 12bit,and the total storage capacity is up to 1MB.The measurement system can be used for shockwave pressure measurement in explosion field.
