功能化氮化硼纳米片对聚偏氟乙烯结晶的影响

摘要 氮化硼纳米片(BNNSs)因其独特的结构和优异的物理性能,常被用作聚合物复合材料的纳米增强填料。通过溶液浇铸法将羟基改性氮化硼纳米片(OH-BNNSs)和氨基功能化氮化硼纳米片(NH2-BNNSs)与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)共混,形成PVDF/OH-BNNSs复合材料和PVDF/NH2-BNNSs复合材料。差示扫描量热法(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)表明:OH-BNNSs的加入对PVDF的晶体结构影响不大,非极化α-晶体主要形成在PVDF/OH-BNNSs复合材料中,而少量NH2-BNNSs的加入可以导致极化β-相的形成。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表明无论是固态还是熔融态,PVDF与NH2-BNNSs之间的相互作用都比PVDF与OH-BNNSs之间的相互作用更强,这是PVDF/NH2-BNNSs纳米复合材料晶相转变和加速结晶的原因。 Boron nitride nanosheets(BNNSs)are often used as nano reinforcing fillers for polymer composites because of their unique structure and excellent physical properties.Hy-droxyl modified boron nitride nanosheets(OH-BNNSs)and amino functionalized boron ni-tride nanosheets(NH2-BNNSs)were blended with polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)by solu-tion casting to form PVDF/OH-BNNSs composites and PVDF/NH2-BNNSs composites.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),Wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD)and Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)show that the addition of OH-BNNSs had little effect on the crystal structure of PVDF,and the non-polarized a-crystals are mainly formed in PVDF/OH-BNNSS composites.The addition of a small amount of NH2-BNNSS can lead to the formation of polarized β-phase.X-ray electron spectroscopy(XPS)shows that the in-teraction between PVDF and NH2-BNNSs is stronger than that between PVDF and OH-BNNSs,which is the reason for the crystal phase transformation and accelerated crystalliza-tion of PVDF/NH2-BNNSs nanocomposites.
