摘要
“一带一路”背景下中华武术文化传播对建设文化强国具有重要作用。现阶段中华武术文化走向世界的优势有中国故事代言,中国声音传播;运动项目语言共通性,中华武术文化移情;政策协同保障,共享机制形成;劣势存在传播渠道缺乏多元和传播体制创新缺失、复合人才缺乏和监管体系不完善、文化差异和认知差异阻碍中华武术文化输出;机遇有需求层次理论指引,受众需求明确;中华武术文化传播定位清晰;威胁有中华武术文化与它国文化存在不兼容现象;外来文化侵蚀民族文化,阻碍中华武术文化传播。为此,从传播主体、传播内容、传播受众、传播渠道和传播效果分析中华武术文化“一带一路”传播。为更好传播中华武术文化,应强化其身份认同,构建中华武术文化传播共同体;构建横向协同、纵向联动的中华武术文化传播体系;媒介赋能中华武术文化传播,运动项目语言共通性助力传播;培育“引进来”与“走出去”传播机制,盘活基本盘和重点盘的传播路径,增强民族文化自信,提升中华武术文化国际话语权。
Cross-cultural commumcation of Chinese Wushu culture in the context of"One Belt,One Road"plays an important role in building a strong cultural nation.At the present stage,the advantages of Chinese Wushu culture to the world include the endorsement of Chinese stories and the dissemination of Chinese voices;the commonality of the language of sports and the empathy of Chinese Wushu culture;the poEcy synergy guarantee and the formation of the sharing mechanism;the disadvantages include the lack of diversified communication channels and the lack of innovation in the communication system,the lack of composite talents and the imperfect supervision system,and the cultural and cognitive differences that hinder the export of Chinese Wushu culture;the opportunities include the theory of the hierarchy of needs and the clear guidance of audience needs;and the threats include the lack of communication between Chinese Wushu culture and other countries'cultures.The opportunities are guided by the hierarchy of needs theory and clear audience needs;the positioning of Chinese Wushu culture is clear;the threats are the incompatibility between Chinese Wushu culture and other countries'culture;foreign culture encroaches on national culture and hinders the spread of Chinese Wushu culture.In this regard,we analyze the"Belt and Road"dissemination of Chinese Wushu culture in terms of dissemination subjects,content,audience,channels and efiects.In order to better disseminate Chinese Wushu culture,we should strengthen its identity and build a Chinese Wushu culture dissemination community;build a horizontally coordinated and vertically linked Chinese Wushu culture dissemination system;empower the dissemination of Chinese Wushu culture by the media,and help the dissemination by the commonality of sports language;cultivate the"introduction"and"going out"dissemination mechanisms,and take stock of the Chinese Wushu culture.The media will empower the dissemination of Chinese Wushu culture,and the language commonality of sports will help the dissemination;cultivate the dissemination mechanism of"introduction"and"going out",and revitalize the dissemination path of basic and key plates,so as to enhance national cultural confidence and international discourse of Chinese Wushu culture.
