9,9-双(4-氨基苯基)芴共聚聚酰亚胺的制备与性能研究

摘要 聚酰亚胺的颜色较深,影响某些方面的使用。为获得颜色较浅的聚酰亚胺膜,以9,9-双(4-氨基苯基)芴(BAFL)作第三单体合成新型共聚聚酰亚胺,并分析了Cardo环含量对新型共聚聚酰亚胺结构和性能的影响。结果表明:Cardo环的无规分布和位阻效应破坏了分子链有序排列,新型共聚聚酰亚胺无定形结构显著。新型共聚聚酰亚胺的热稳定性与未添加BAFL时(Td5%>540℃)相差不大。BAFL含量为30%时,薄膜表面接触角为32.42°,说明Cardo环对链结构的影响显著提高了薄膜表面能。Cardo环的位阻效应减弱电荷转移络合物对膜颜色和透光率的影响,薄膜由深棕黄色变为金黄色,透光率提升。新型共聚聚酰亚胺溶解性也有所增加,证明使用含大位阻基团的单体共聚制备浅色、易溶聚酰亚胺是一种可行途径。 The color of polyimide is dark,which affects its use in some aspects.In order to obtain a lighter color polyimide film,a novel copolyimide was synthesized by using 9,9-bis(4-aminophenyl)fluorene(BAFL)as the third monomer,and the influence of Cardo ring content on the structure and properties of novel copolyimide was analyzed.The results show that the random distribution and steric hindrance effect of Cardo ring destroy the ordered arrangement of molecular chains,and the amorphous structure of new copolyimide is remarkable.The thermal stability of new copolyimide is not much different from that without BAFL(Td5%>540℃).The contact angle of the film surface is 32.42°when the BAFL content is 30%,indicating that the influence of Cardo ring on the chain structure significantly increases the surface energy of the film.The steric hindrance effect of Cardo ring weakens the influence of the charge transfer complex on the color and transmittance of the film.The film changes from dark brown to golden yellow and the transmittance increases.The solubility of new copolyimide also increases,which proves that it is a feasible way to prepare light color and soluble polyimide by copolymerization of monomers containing large steric hindrance groups.
