摘要
交联聚乙烯是以聚乙烯作为基质,通过物理或化学交联方法形成的三维网络结构材料,具有优异的耐热性能、介电性能和力学性能,常应用于电力电缆绝缘领域。文章综述了交联聚乙烯制备工艺的最新研究进展,包括辐射交联、硅烷交联以及过氧化物交联,介绍了纳米金属氧化物、纳米硅系材料、蒙脱土等纳米材料对交联聚乙烯在电缆绝缘领域的改性研究进展,并对电力电缆绝缘树脂用交联聚乙烯未来的发展趋势进行了展望。指出通过物理或化学脱交联的方法进行交联聚乙烯回收再利用是未来研究热点之一。
Crosslinked polyethylene is a three-dimensional network structure material formed by physical or chemical crosslinking with polyethylene as the matrix.Due to this unique structure,it has excellent heat resistance,dielectric and mechanical properties,and is widely used in the field of power cable insulation.The latest research progress in the preparation process of crosslinked polyethylene,including radiation crosslinking,silane crosslinking and peroxide crosslinking was reviewed.The research progress of nano-metal oxides,nano-silicon materials,montmorillonite and other nanomaterials on the modification of crosslinked polyethylene in the field of cable insulation was introduced.The future development trend of crosslinked polyethylene for power cable insulation resin was prospected.It is pointed out that the recovery and reuse of crosslinked polyethylene by physical or chemical decrosslinking is one of the future research hotspots.
