摘要
[目的/意义]构建以用户借阅行为画像为导向、与馆藏图书资源画像内容挖掘相结合的精准阅读推广模式,进而有效地推广阅读。[方法/过程]基于江苏省公共图书馆大数据服务平台,以2021年某市公共图书馆7728名读者、84754条借阅数据为研究对象,借助Excel、FineBI和微词云等工具,分析读者的历史行为数据建立用户借阅行为画像,同时采取结合图书特征和资源标签的方法建立资源画像,在此基础上进行图书推荐。[结果/结论]根据用户画像和资源画像的特征相似度进行推荐图书,可以提高阅读推广服务精准化和增加用户黏性。
[Purpose/significance]This paper builds an accurate reading promotion model oriented by the portrait of users'bor-rowing behavior and combined with the portrait content mining of library resources so as to ffectively promote reading.[Method/process]Based on data services of Jiangsu Provincial Public Library,taking 7728 readers and 84754 borrowing data in a publice library in a city in 2021 as the research object,with the help of tols such as Excel,FineBI and W eiciyun,it establishes user borrowing behavior portraits based on the analysis of their historical behavior data,while establishes resource portraits by combining book features and re-source labels,on this basis,conducts book recommendation.[Result/conclusion]To recommend books according to the feature similarity between user portraits and resource portraits can improve the precision of reading promotion services and increase user stickiness.
