城市燃气管网完整性管理智能化建设展望 被引量:1

摘要 针对我国近些年因城市燃气行业快速发展、燃气管网设施迅猛扩张导致的愈发突出的燃气安全问题,在新一代信息化技术和“智能管道”“智慧燃气”的新发展理念引领下,结合基于风险的完整性管理手段,展望了燃气管网完整性管理智能化发展新模式:提出了基于分布式体系结构(SOA)的燃气管网完整性智能管控系统平台的总体架构和建设目标,指明了系统平台各个层级的功能任务和建设内容,探索了系统核心业务模块智能化建设的技术思路,研究结果可为燃气行业主管部门和企业决策机构制定燃气管道完整性管理智能化创新规划、技术创新方案提供决策参考。 Aiming at the increasingly prominent gas safety issues due to the rapid development of urban gas industry and the rapid expansion of gas pipeline network facilities in China in recent years,the authors of this paper,under the guidance of the new generation of information technology and the novel development concepts of“smart pipeline”and“smart gas”,look to the new model of intelligent development of integrity management of gas pipeline networks by integrating risk-based integrity management methods:The overall architecture and construction objectives for the system platform of intelligent management and control of the integrity of gas pipeline networks based on service-oriented architecture(SOA)are proposed,the functional tasks and construction contents of each level of the system platform are specified,and the technical ideas for the intelligent construction of the core business modules of systems are explored.The research results can provide decision-making reference for the competent departments of gas industry and decision making bodies of enterprises to formulate intelligent innovation planning and technological innovation schemes for gas pipeline integrity management.
