摘要
舟山某海底管道变形缺陷修复使用30 in异形结构管卡,需要采用辅助工装配合安装。采用SACS软件对修复机械结构辅助工装进行了建模,并对吊装过程进行了强度校核分析。整个校核分析过程考虑了辅助工装的结构自重、管卡重量,并按照不同的动态放大系数进行了组合工况分析,以确保辅助工装吊装过程的安全可靠。吊索具校核结果表明,辅助工装及管卡自重采用质量不确定系数1.05时,吊索具在动态放大系数1.35下的安全系数大于3.6,选取动态放大系数2.00时的安全系数大于2.4,达到海上吊装条件要求。结构校核结果表明,辅助工装结构的最大UC值为0.58,符合吊装使用条件。节点应力校核结果表明,辅助工装节点的最大UC值为0.957,同样符合吊装使用条件要求。
The 30-inch special-shaped pipe clip was used for repairing the deformation defects of an offshore pipeline in Zhoushan,and auxiliary tooling was required for installation.The auxiliary tooling for the repair mechanical structure was modeled by SACS software and the strength check and analysis for lifting process was carried out.The structural self-weight and pipe clip weight of the auxiliary tooling were considered in the whole checking and analysis process,and the combined operating conditions were analyzed according to different dynamic amplification factors to ensure the safety and reliability of the lifting process of the auxiliary tooling.The checking results of slings show that when a coefficient of 1.05 is taken for the self-weight of auxiliary tooling and pipe clips the safety factor of slings is more than 3.6 when a coefficient of 1.35 is chosen,and is more than 2.4 when a coefficient of 2.00 is selected,which meets the requirements of marine lifting conditions.The structural check shows that the maximum UC value of the auxiliary tooling structure is 0.58,which meets the lifting service conditions.Nodal stress check shows that the maximum UC value of auxiliary tooling node is 0.957,which also meets the requirements of lifting service conditions.
