摘要
针对现有坡口机能够加工的钢管尺寸不能满足工程需要的问题,提出了一种在现有坡口机基础上进行改造的方案,扩大了坡口机的应用范围,同时改造零部件具有可替换性,可以根据需要随时更换。对改造后的坡口机进行了动力学仿真和有限元仿真,仿真结果表明,在夹紧动作方面和结构强度方面,改造后的坡口机都能满足要求。制造了坡口机改造样机,并进行了坡口加工试验,试验结果表明,改造后的坡口机能够实现对相应尺寸钢管的坡口加工,坡口质量达到了工程要求。
To solve the problem that the size of the steel pipe processed by the pipe facing machine cannot meet the engineering needs,a modification scheme based on the original pipe facing machine is proposed,which expands the application range of the facing machine.At the same time,the modified parts are replaceable and can be replaced at any time as needed.The dynamic simulation and finite element simulation for the modified pipe facing machine were accomplished.The simulation results show that the modified pipe facing machine can meet the requirements of clamping action and structural strength.The modified prototype of the pipe facing machine was manufactured,and the bevel processing test was carried out.The test results showed that the modified pipe facing machine can realize the bevel processing of the steel pipe of the corresponding size,and the beveling quality meets the engineering requirements.
