新乡贤参与乡村治理推进共同富裕的思考--以安溪县蓬莱镇为例

Thoughts on the Participation of New Rural Sages in Rural Governance to Promote Common Prosperity--Taking Penglai Town,Anxi County as an Example

解决乡村治理问题是实现乡村振兴并走向共同富裕的关键。乡村治理作为国家治理的基石,不仅关系到农村社会和谐有序发展,更是全面建成小康社会的重要保障。在实现乡村“治理有效”的过程中,新乡贤群体的独特作用与积极作为引起了广泛关注。通过梳理国内研究成果发现,现有研究鲜少关注到新乡贤主体在乡村治理中对共同富裕的促进作用。基于此,以安溪县蓬莱镇为研究场域,对新乡贤参与乡村治理的具体内容展开分析,并从新乡贤参与乡村治理现状入手,分析该地域逐步走向共同富裕过程中新乡贤在文化、经济及教育提升中做出的突出贡献,在总结其实践经验的基础上,提出了相关思考与启示。最后,对未来新乡贤参与乡村治理推进共同富裕的研究方向进行了展望。

Solving the problem of rural governance is the key to rural revitalization and common prosperity.As the cornerstone of national governance,rural governance is not only related to the harmonious and orderly development of rural society,but also an important guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way.In the process of realizing effective governance in rural areas,the unique role and positive action of new rural sages have attracted wide attention.By combing the research results of domestic scholars,it was found that the existing research rarely pays attention to the role of the new rural sages in promoting common prosperity in rural governance.Based on this,taking Penglai town of Anxi county as the research field,the specific content of new rural sages'participation in rural governance was studied,and starting from the current situation of new rural sages'participation in rural governance,the outstanding contributions of new rural sages in the promotion of culture,economy and education in the process of gradually moving towards common prosperity in the region were analyzed,and on the basis of summarizing their practical experience,some related thinking and enlightenments were put forward.Finally,the future research direction of new rural sages'participation in rural governance to promote common prosperity was forecasted.
