Under the background of the strategic requirement of innovation-driven development and the actual demand of the agricultural industry, the collaborative innovation model of science&technology with industry suitable fior the agriculture sector was explored through theory analysis combined with practice.Based on the comparative analysis of global cases on industry-university-research collaborative innovation, main collaborative innovation model types in the agricultural industry were summarized. Then,a strategic analysis of the alliance's internal conditions and external environment was conducted by taking Chengdu Agricultural Science&Technology Innovation Alliance for Sichuan(CASTAS)as an example, adopting the PEST-SWOT framework.A collaborative innovation model tailored to the local context was developed, which is based on precise matching between agricultural research and industries through an approach of"Two-Party Dialogue,Three-Party Investment,Four-Party Benefit".The model will provide key support for the alliance to implement the total objectives. Finally, some suggestions were put forward to promote the application and optimization of the model from promoting the integration of national agricultural science&technology industry and establishing an effective innovation support system fior the high-quality development of agriculture.
