数字经济、空间溢出与制造业高质量发展

Digital Economy,Spatial Spillover and High-quality Development of Manufacturing Industry

数字经济与制造业融合将有利于发挥我国数字经济大国和制造大国的双重优势。本文基于2013-2020年30个省市面板数据,分别构建了数字经济和制造业高质量发展综合评价指标体系,并采用熵值法对二者的指数进行了测算。在此基础上,运用空间杜宾模型实证检验了数字经济对制造业高质量发展的影响效应。结果表明:(1)我国数字经济与制造业高质量发展在空间分布上均具有显著的空间相关性和空间异质性,呈现出“高-高”集聚和“低-低”集聚特征。(2)数字经济具有空间外溢性,在推动本地制造业高质量发展的同时也会促进邻地制造业的高质量发展。创新驱动、经济效益提升、结构优化、绿色制造是其中的主要作用路径。(3)数字经济对制造业高质量发展的影响存在着区域异质性。就直接效应而言,中部地区最强,西部地区次之,东部地区最弱;就间接效应而言,中部地区最强,东部地区次之,西部地区不显著。因此,政府应抓住数字经济发展机遇,着力推进制造业数字化转型。同时,分区施策,稳步推进区域间制造业协同联动发展。

Digital economy and manufacturing industry integration will be conductive to exert the dual advantage of digital economy power and manufacturing power.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities from 2013 to 2020,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the high-quality development of digital economy and manufacturing industry,and calculates the indexes of the two using the entropy method.On this basis,the spatial Dubin model is used to empirically test the effect of digital economy on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.The results show that:(1)There is significant spatial correlation and spatial heterogeneity in the spatial distribution of the high-quality development of digital economy and manufacturing industry in China,showing the characteristics of"high-high"and"low-low"agglomeration.(2)Digital economy has spatial spillover,which not only promotes the high-quality development of local manufacturing industry,but also promotes the high-quality development of neighboring manufacturing industry.Innovation-driven,economic benefit improvement,structure optimization and green manufacturing are the main action paths.(3)There is regional heterogeneity in the impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.In terms of direct effect,the central region is the strongest,followed by the western region,and the eastern region is the weakest.In terms of indirect effects,the central region is the strongest,followed by the eastern region,and the western region is not significant.Therefore,the government should seize the opportunity of digital economy development and focus on promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing industry.At the same time,regional policies have been adopted to steadily promote the coordinated and interconnected development of manufacturing industries among regions.
