城市体育场馆赛后经营管理研究关键思路分析

近年来随着我国体育行业的不但发展,大型综合性体育场作为开展现代体育项目的重要场所,也是大型体育赛事的重要载体,在我国体育行业的发展中也有着非常重要的意义。但是部分城市体育馆还存在有建设成本高以及后期运营成本较高的问题,如果没有做好经营管理工作,还会导致场馆资源的严重浪费,对于城市财政部门也会带来比较大的负担。针对这一问题,也就需要我国各体育肠管的运营者能够加强对场馆赛后的经营管理工作,促进体育场馆的作用充分发挥出来,这样才能够让城市体育场馆的营收得以提升,借此促进该城市的体育行业发展与经济发展水平得以提高,本文主要就城市体育场馆赛后经营管理模式进行探究分析。

With the development of my country's sports industry in recent years,large-scale comprehensive stadiums,as an important place to carry out modern sports events,are not only important carriers of large-scale sports events,but also of great significance in the development of my country's sports industry.However,some urban gymnasiums are still bothered by high construction costs and high later operating costs.And the ineffective operation and management will also lead to a serious waste of venue resources,and bring a relatively large burden to the city's financial department.In response to this problem,it is necessary for the operators of sports intestines in my country to strengthen the management of venues after the game and promote the full play of the role of sports venues.Only in this way can the revenue of urban sports venues be increased.To promote the development of the city's sports industry and the level of economic development,this paper mainly explores and analyzes the post-match operation and management mode of the city's stadiums.
