摘要
本文主要研究开发了一种冰箱压缩机管路在线智能焊接系统,该焊接系统主要应用于冰箱厂冰箱压缩机管路的焊接。通过采用高频焊接机代替传统人工火焊作为主要焊接源动力,同时结合机械手及上位机软件基于视觉定位计算的智能控制实现对压缩机管路的自动焊接,节省了人力,同时很好地响应了当前流行的工业4.0标准化工厂的要求,值得推广。
This paper mainly studies and develops an on-line intelligent welding system for refrigerator compressor pipeline.The welding system is mainly used for refrigerator compressor pipeline welding in refrigerator factory.By using high-frequency welding machine instead of traditional manual fire welding as the main welding source power,combined with the intelligent control of manipulator and computer software based on visual positioning calculation to realize automatic welding of compressor pipeline,saving manpower,and well responding to the current popular industrial 4.0 standard chemical plant requirements,worthy of promotion.
