抑制猪周期的养殖模式选择及其重要性——基于双案例比较研究

The Selection and Importance of Breeding Mode for the Suppression of Swine Cycle——AComparative Analysis of Two Cases

分析猪周期价格波动和重大突发疫情叠加影响下,不同生猪养殖模式应对多重风险所发挥的效应,进一步挖掘背后存在的潜在问题,为生猪企业养殖模式调整和优化提供依据。通过对生猪企业的分析,展现相关经营成果及趋势变化,结合横向对比分析发现,不同养殖模式下,生猪企业的产业链拓展路径基本一致,但在应对猪周期及疫情等突发事件叠加风险时,养殖模式差异对生猪企业的经营成果影响较大。公司自养一体化养殖模式,在本轮猪周期及叠加风险中具有明显优势。因此,建议加强养殖企业技术管理,做好风险把控工作,适时推动养殖模式变革,促进生猪养殖产业转型升级。

This paper analyses the effect of swine enterprises breeding mode in dealing with multiple risks in the face of the superimposed influence of cyclical fluctuations in swine prices and major epidemics,and deeply excavates the potential problems behind them,aiming to providing more references for the adjustment and optimization of the swine enterprises breeding mode.By selecting swine enterprises under different breeding modes,longitudinal analysis is used to observe business outcome of the industrial chain and the corresponding trend change.Combined with horizontal analysis,it is found that the expansion paths of the industrial chain are basically similar under different breeding modes.However,in response to emergencies such as epidemics,the breeding modes have different effect on assets,liabilities and income of the swine breeding enterprises.The paper concludes that the breeding mode integrating corporate breeding has obvious advantages in swine cycle.Therefore,breeding enterprises should strengthen the technical management and the risk control by adjusting breeding mode in a timely manner and the transforming and upgrading the swine breeding industry.
