交直流电压比例对金属化膜击穿特性的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 直流支撑电容器工作时会承受直流叠加多次谐波的电压,对于直流支撑电容器的研究中常将各次谐波电压通过有效值等效为工频交流电压。本文以4μm的金属化膜为研究对象,搭建了金属化膜直流叠加谐波击穿实验平台,对直流叠加工频交流电压情况下不同交直流电压比例金属化膜的击穿特性的影响进行了研究。研究表明,在直流叠加谐波作用下,金属化膜的击穿场强和击穿相角分布与交直流电压比例间存在显著关系。 The DC-link capacitor will,in case of operation,withstand DC superimposed harmonics voltage.In the research of DC-link capacitor,all harmonic voltages are often equivalent to the power frequency AC voltage through the RMS.In this paper,the 4μm metallized film is taken as the study object and the metallized film DC superimposed harmonic breakdown experimental platform is set up so to study the effect of break down characteristic of metallized film of different AC/DC voltage ratio under DC superimposed power frequency AC voltage.The study shows that,under the action of DC superimposed harmonics,the distribution of breakdown field strength and breakdown phase angle of metallized film are significantly related to the AC/DC voltage ratio.
