无DC-DC变换器的稳压均衡电路

摘要 本文提出了一种无DC-DC变换器的稳压均衡电路,他类似于可重构均衡电路,但是当电池荷电状态(state of charge,SOC)从100%下降到0的过程中,可以保证电池组的电压稳定在设定范围内。简而言之,当电池组放电时,具有较高SOC且电压之和满足输出要求的电池为负载供电,以实现电池均衡以及稳定输出电压的目的。详细分析了所提出电路的工作原理,使用9个串联电池组成的电池组对提出的电路进行验证,实验结果表明,该电路不仅保留了可重构均衡电路的均衡优点,而且即使没有DC-DC转换器也可以保持低电压波动,证明了所提出拓扑的优越性能。 A kind of voltage stabilization equalization circuit without a DC-DC converter is proposed in this paper.It is similar to the reconfigurable equalization circuit and,however,in case of reduction of state of charge(SOC)of the battery drops from 100%to 0,can ensure that the voltage of the battery pack is stable within the set range.In short,in case of discharge of the battery pack,the battery with a higher SOC and the sum of the voltages meeting the output requirements provides power to the load so as to achieve the purpose of battery balancing and stable output voltage.The working principle of the proposed circuit is analyzed in detail,and a battery pack composed of 9 batteries in series is used to verify the proposed circuit.The experimental results show that the circuit not only retains the equalization advantages of the reconfigurable equalization circuit,but also maintain low voltage fluctuations even without DC-DC converter,which proves the superior performance of the proposed topology.
