民族地区基层治理能力现代化发展路径——以青海省海东市L区为例

近年来,基层治理的现代化是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化进程中不可或缺的一部分。然而,在实际基层治理过程中还存在许多突出的问题。该文通过对基层治理能力现代化发展路径进行研究,以青海省海东市L区为例,对目前取得的成果进行阐述,对L区基层治理能力现代化存在的问题进行分析,为民族地区基层治理能力现代化的发展探索出实践路径。

In recent years,the modernization of grass-roots governance is an indispensable part of the modernization process of China's governance system and governance capacity.However,there are still many outstanding problems in the actual response process of grass-roots governance.Through the research on the development path of the modernization of grass-roots governance ability,taking L District of Haidong City,Qinghai Province as an example,this paper expounds the current achievements and analyzes the problems existing in the modernization of grass-roots governance capacity in L area.to explore a practical path for the development of grass-roots governance modernization in ethnic minority areas.
