共富视角下县域文化资源禀赋的创新性转化——以缙云县为例

县域发展是浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的关键节点,而文化资源禀赋则是供县域实现跨越式高质量发展的要素之一。该文通过援引文化资源禀赋成分多元的浙江缙云为例,阐明将缙云打造为浙江道德高地的现实意义以及必要条件,经由进一步分析提出构建以“五脉归一”为总框架的浙江道德高地,以科研驱动道德文化基因解码工程,深入探索共同富裕的耕读路径,真抓实干推动仙都国家级旅游风景区建设等政策建议,以期实现缙云文化资源禀赋的创新性转化。

County development is the key to Zhejiang's high-quality development and construction of the common prosperity demonstration zone,and cultural resources endowment is one of the factors of realizing high-quality development for the county.By citing the example of Jinyun,Zhejiang Province,which has multiple elements of cultural resources endowment,this paper expounds the practical significance and necessary conditions of building Jinyun into a moral highland in Zhejiang Province.Through further analysis,this paper puts forward the construction of a moral highland in Zhejiang Province with the general framework of"Five Veins in One",promotes the research-driven cultural gene decoding project,explores the farming-reading path of common prosperity,and enhance the construction of Xiandu National Tourist Scenic Spot and other policy recommendations,in order to realize the innovative transformation of Jinyun cultural resources endowment.
