摘要
目的以“亮绿领冠”黄瓜品种为试验材料,研究了不同浓度育苗宝贝对黄瓜幼苗质量的影响,以筛选出提高黄瓜幼苗质量的最适浓度。方法采用田间试验方法,设计4个喷施浓度处理,通过测定幼苗期黄瓜地上部植株的株高、茎粗、冠幅、最大叶长、最大叶宽、叶绿素含量及地上部干鲜质量,以及地下部根系数量、长度、粗度、表面积、体积、干鲜质量。结果喷施不同浓度育苗宝贝能够显著改善黄瓜幼苗质量,其中喷施500倍液处理效果最明显,较对照的株高、茎粗、冠幅分别提高了14.8%、7.1%、21.3%,显著改善了黄瓜幼苗的叶片光合效率,其叶绿素含量和净光合速率,较对照分别提高了69.4%、30.7%,地上部茎叶和地下部根系干物质积累量均为最大;喷施500倍液处理也促进地下部根系发育,除根粗、根系数量外,根长、根表面积、根体积明显大于对照,分别为对照的1.54倍、1.96倍和2.07倍。结论喷施500倍液是提高黄瓜幼苗质量的最适浓度。
Objective The cucumber variety“Lianglvlingguan”was used as experimental material.The effects of different concentrations of“seedling-raising baby”on cucumber seedling quality were studied to select the optimum concentration to promote quality of cucumber seedlings.Methods Four treatments for field trial were designed in this research.The indicators such as plant height,stem diameter,crown width,length and width of leaf,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,dry and fresh mass of above-ground part,and root length,root diameter,root surface area,root volume,root numbers,dry and fresh mass of root at seedling stage were studied.Results“Seedling-growing baby”with different concentrations could improve the cucumber seedling quality.Treatment of spraying 500-fold solution was the most significant,which could increased the plant height and stem diameter and crown width of cucumber seedlings by 14.8%,7.1%and 21.3%compared with the control,respectively.The leaf photosynthetic efficiency of cucumber seedlings was significantly improved,and the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of seedling leaves were increased by 69.4%and 30.7%compared with the control,respectively.The accumulation of dry matter in above-ground and underground parts was increased maximally,and the root development of underground parts was promoted;Spraying 500-fold solution also promoted the development of underground roots.Except for root diameter and root numbers,the root length,root surface area and root volume were 1.54 times,1.96 times and 2.07 times of the control,respectively.Conclusion The 500-fold solution is the optimal concentration to improve the cucumber seedlings quality.
