智慧图书馆建设成熟度评价方法及实证研究

Evaluation Method and Empirical Study on the Maturity of Smart Library Construction

[目的/意义]智慧图书馆评价作为推动图书馆事业发展的关键,进一步强化其理论研究与实践发展至关重要。[方法/过程]将成熟度评价模型和三角模糊数评价方法引入智慧图书馆评价过程,从而确定了智慧图书馆建设成熟度的模糊评估方法,并利用构建的评价方法对典型高校图书馆进行实证分析。[结果/结论]国内智慧图书馆建设有所成效,但仍存在较多不足。建议未来在智慧图书馆建设过程中,相关建设主体要明确思路,通过建立全方位的保障体系、构建利益相关者协同发展机制、制定渐进式的智慧化成熟度进阶之路、选择差异化的建设模式,促进智慧图书馆建设和发展目标的实现。

[Purpose/Significance]As a crucial aspect of promoting the development of libraries,the evaluation of smart library is very important to further strengthen the development of its theoretical research and practice.[Method/Process]The maturity evaluation model and the triangular fuzzy function evaluation method were introduced into the evaluation process of smart library,so as to the fuzzy evaluation method of the construction maturity of smart library was determined,and an empirical analysis of typical college libraries was carried out.[Result/Conclusion]Some achievements have been made in the construction of smart libraries in China,but there are still many shortcomings.It is suggested that in the process of smart library construction in the future,relevant construction subjects should clarify their ideas,and promote the realization of the construction and development goals of smart libraries by constructing a collaborative development mechanism of stakeholders,formulating a gradual path of realizing smart,establishing a comprehensive security system,and selecting differentiated construction modes.
