Construction technology of cement stabilized macadam base in rural highway pavement engineering

水泥稳定碎石具有稳定、耐久等特点,是公路工程中常见的基层结构。以某农村公路为例,首先进行水泥稳定碎石基层的概述,再重点对其中的关键施工技术展开分析,体现在测量放线、混合料的拌和、摊铺、压实、养护等环节,提出水泥稳定碎石基层施工全流程中各环节的技术要点。

Cement stabilized macadam has the characteristics of stability and durability.It is a co mmon base structure in highway engineering.Taking a rural highway as an example,this paper first su mmarizes the cement stabilized macadam base,then focuses on the analysis of the key construction technologies,which are reflected in the links of measurement and setting out,mixture mixing,paving,compaction and maintenance,and put forward the technical points of each link in the whole process of cement stabilized macadam base construction,in order to play a role of throwing bricks and attracting jade.
