重症监护室患者体验质性研究的Meta整合

Qualitative research on the experience of ICU patients:a Meta-synthesis

目的 系统评价重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)患者的体验,为促进该人群心理健康和改进护理服务质量提供依据。方法 检索PubMed、CINAHL、Cochrane、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普以及中国生物医学文献数据库,收集关于ICU患者重症监护室体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2022年7月。文献质量评价采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准,采用汇集性整合方法对文献结果进行归纳整合。结果 共纳入12篇文献,归纳8个类别,形成3个整合结果:(1)ICU患者存在记忆缺失、不真实记忆和相关后遗症;(2)ICU患者存在负性情感体验;(3)ICU患者获得性支持来源于护士和家人。结论 医务人员和家庭成员应充分重视ICU患者重症监护室体验,为其提供相应的支持与帮助,以促进患者心理健康和身体康复。

Objective To systematically evaluate the experience of intensive care unit(ICU)patients,so as to promote their mentanl health and nursing quality.Methods Qualitative studies on ICU patients′ICU experience were searched in PubMed,CINAHL,Cochrane,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and China biomedical literature database,with the search time from the inception to July 2022.The quality of the literature was evaluated using the quality evaluation criteria of the qualitative research of the Australian JBI Evidence-based health care center,and the results of the literature were summarized and integrated by the aggregation integration method.Results A total of 12 articles were included.Eight categories were summarized to form three integrated results.(1)ICU patients had memory loss,inauthentic memory,and related sequelae.(2)ICU patients had negative emotions.(3)The aquaired support for ICU patients came from nurses and families.Conclusion Medical staff and family members should pay full attention to the experience of ICU patients and provide corresponding support and help to promote their mental health and physical rehabilitation.
