水平定向钻施工大口径S曲线钻进技术分析

Analysis of Large Diameter S-Curve Drilling Technology in Horizontal Directional Drilling Construction

管道铺设过程中,遇到如河流、建筑物等特殊地形时,往往采用水平定向钻进行施工,可有效降低成本,避免不必要的麻烦。本文以花溪湖退水管定向钻项目为例,介绍了在铺设管径大且轨迹设计为S曲线的困难状况下,在导向孔钻进、扩孔施工、管道焊接回拖方面的工艺流程,其中采取的技术措施为定向钻行业提供了宝贵的经验。

In the process of pipeline laying when encountering special terrain such as rivers and buildings,horizontal directional drilling is often used to effectively reduce cost and avoid unnecessary troubles.Taking the directional drilling project for return pipe at Huaxi Lake as an example,this paper introduces the process flow of directional drilling,including pilot hole drilling,reaming,pipe welding and back-pulling for the installation of large diameter pipe along S-curve trajectory under difficult condition,the technical measures taken in this project provide an valuable experience for directional drilling.
