摘要
以汽车翼子板为例,研究其材料利用率的决定点,从降低拉深深度、减少板料流入量、合理布置拉深筋等方面进行分析,以达到减小板料尺寸、减少废料而提升材料利用率的目的。通过AutoForm模拟仿真分析软件,将翼子板优化后的浅拉深工艺与传统工艺进行成形性、减薄率、冲击滑移线及材料利用率的对比,优化后的浅拉深工艺材料利用率由38.46%提升至50.49%。同时对多个车型的翼子板从造型和产品结构进行分析,研究造成材料利用率偏低的影响因素。
Taking the wing of the as an example,the decision point of its material utilization rate was explored,the analysis was carried out from the aspects of reducing the drawing depth,reduc⁃ing the inflow of sheet metal,and reasonably arranging the drawing ribs,so as to achieve the pur⁃pose of reducing the size of sheet metal,reducing the waste and improving the material utilization rate.The formability,thinning rate,impact slip line and material utilization rate of the optimized shallow drawing process of the wing were compared with the traditional process by AutoForm sim⁃ulation analysis software,the material utilization rate of the optimized shallow drawing process was increased from 38.46%to 50.49%,at the same time,the wing of several car were analyzed from the molding and product structure to explore the factors that cause the low utilization rate of mate⁃rials.
