摘要
以汽车保险杠为例,介绍了其模具倒扣脱模结构,采用大斜推块带动小斜推块,在导向杆的作用下实现推出与脱模运动,并阐述了组合斜推工作过程,该机构简化了模具结构,节省了模具制造成本,可为类似结构的模具设计提供思路。
Taking automobile bumper as an example,the fastener demoulding structure of the mould was introducd,using the large inclined ejecting pad to drive the small inclined ejecting pad,the ejecting and demoulding movement was realized under the action of the guide pin,the working process of combination inclined ejecting was expounded.The mechanism simplified the mould structureand saved the mould manufacturing cost,which could provide ideas for similar structure of the mould design.
