摘要
大思政教育的终极目标在于大学生毕业后的价值践行,持久效应是校验大思政教育成败的重要工具,也是连接大学生价值观教育的“知、信、行”完整闭环的关键一环。本文通过向社会人员开展调查,研究高校大思政的持续效应和价值塑造影响因素的持久作用。研究发现,我国高校大思政价值塑造虽然存在一定的衰减效应,但持续效应显著;大思政价值塑造的全生命周期因素和全方位因素的重要性随毕业年限呈交叉交替变化特征;教学内容一直是社会人员普遍关心的第一要素,远远高于其他因素。最后,结合调查结论,本文从重视持久效应、统筹加强全生命周期因素、健全全方位因素、优化课堂教学因素等方面提出了具体建议。
The ultimate goal of“Great Ideological and Political Courses”is the implementation of values by graduates,and the continuous effect is an important tool to evaluate the success or failure of this education.It is also a key link connecting the complete closed loop of"know-believe-Act"of college students'value education.Therefore,this paper investigates the continuous effect of ideological and political education and the long-term impact of value shaping factors by conducting a survey with society members.It is found that although there is some attenuation effect in value shaping through university ideological and political education in China,the continuous effect is still huge;the importance of the whole life cycle factors and comprehensive factors of value shaping shows a characteristic of alternating changes over the years since graduation;and the teaching content has always been the primary concern of social personnel,much higher than other factors.Finally,combined with the investigation conclusion,this paper puts forward specific suggestions from the aspects of emphasizing continuous effect,overall strengthening of longlife factors,perfecting all-round factors,optimizing classroom teaching factors,etc.
