摘要 地方高水平大学工科教师工程实践能力提升是高素质应用型人才培养的关键。当前地方高水平大学工科教师工程实践能力提升仍存在教师引进不重视工程实践背景、实践能力培养平台待优化、考评体系待完善、组织保障举措待加强等客观问题。为提升高等工程教育人才培养质量,地方高水平大学可以通过严格教师准入、深化产学研协同培养、完善考评体系、加强保障措施等举措,促进地方高水平大学工科教师工程实践能力不断提升。 The improvement of engineering practice ability of engineering teachers in local high-level universities is the key to cultivating high-quality applied talents.At present,there are still objective problems,such as lack of emphasis on engineering practice background when introducing teachers,optimization needed for practice ability training platforms,the need for improvement in evaluation systems,and the need to strengthen organizational support measures.In order to improve the quality of talent training in higher engineering education,local high-level universities should ensure the continuous improvement of engineering practice ability among their engineering teachers by taking measures such as strict teacher admission requirements,deepening collaborative cultivation of industry-university-research,improving the assessment system and perfecting guarantee measures.
