高校心理育人具有时代特性,心理育人工作的开展需要充分坚持制度建设、信息技术应用和心理引导三方面特征,通过一体化聚合的形式来实现心理育人创新,切实解决以往高校教育体系当中心理育人方面存在的诸多问题。需要意识到的是,心理育人需要注重心理特性,需要注重外部社会、行为习惯、主观感受认知等方面因素给学生群体心理环境带来的影响。其中信息技术对于学生群体日常生活影响显著。高校心理育人需要坚持制度与技术同步、心理引导与切实关怀相适应的教育机制,深入学生一线,理解学生心理困境,实现心理育人模式的全面升级。
