摘要
本文基于成果导向教育理论(OBE)视角,通过调研高校信息视觉设计人才培养现状及发展趋势,分析信息视觉设计创新人才必须具备的五大核心素养,探讨基于OBE理念的三位一体信息视觉设计创新人才培养体系,制定多元化评价体系作为教学成果的反馈以及后期优化的依据,促进拔尖创新人才脱颖而出,适应产业及行业高速发展。
this paper is based on the perspective of Outcome Based Education theory(OBE)to investigate the current situation and development trends of talent cultivation in information visual design in colleges and universities,and analyze the five core qualities that innovative talents in information visual design must possess,discusses the three-in-one talent cultivation system for innovative talents in Information visual design based on the OBE concept,and formulates a diversified evaluation system as feedback on teaching results and a basis for later optimization,so as to promote outstanding innovative talents to stand out and adapt to the high-speed development of industries and sectors.
