新冠病毒疫情影响下基于PERMA模型的大学生心理健康教育课程教学探析

An Analysis on the Teaching of College Students'mental Health Education Based on PERMA Model during the COVID-19 Pandemic

摘要 新冠病毒肺炎疫情常态化防控期间,大学生面临抑郁、焦虑、痛苦等心理困扰。探索适应突发性重特大公共卫生事件的新时代大学生心理健康课程教学模式具有重要性和紧迫性。以积极心理学PERMA模型为指导,探析大学生心理健康教育课程的教学形式。建议课堂中通过灌注希望,激发和培育大学生积极情绪;通过多种教学方法营造积极的课堂氛围,开发心流体验,打造沉浸式课堂;通过提高大学生交往能力,拓展人际关系;鼓励大学生发挥自身积极品格优势,增强成就体验。 College students are faced with psychological problems such as depression,anxiety,and pain during the normalization of COVID-19 prevention and control.Therefore,it is of great importance and urgency to explore new teaching models for college students'mental health curriculum that adapt to sudden and major public health emergencies.Guided by the PERMA model of positive psychology,this paper analyzes the teaching form of college students'mental health education curriculum.It is suggested that the positive emotions of college students should be stimulated and cultivated by giving hope.Multiple teaching methods can be used to create a positive classroom atmosphere,develop flow experiences,and create an immersive classroom.By improving college students'communication skills and expanding their social network,encouraging them to utilize their positive character advantages,they can enhance their sense of achievement.
